All of our items are custom-made to order, including personalized pieces. Production typically takes 1–3 business days. Once completed, your order ships via USPS, which usually takes 3–7 business days for delivery.

In total, most customers receive their order within 4–10 days from the time it’s placed.

Because each item is custom-made, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original condition, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the item is received back, you’ll receive a full refund.

To change your shipping address, reach out to us right away with your updated information. We can adjust the address during the production window, but once USPS has the package, we can’t reroute it.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s progress at any time.

If you need help with your order, personalization, shipping, or anything else, send us a message and we’ll get back to you promptly.

Made a mistake with your shipping address? No worries—just message us as soon as possible. We can correct it before it ships, but once USPS has the package, we can’t update it.

Right now we only ship within the United States, to all 50 states. We hope to offer more locations in the future!
